According to UNAMA, the victims included women and children, and the condition of some of the injured remains critical, raising concerns that the death toll could increase. UNAMA called on all parties involved to respect international humanitarian law, particularly the principles of precaution, distinction, and proportionality, and to take all necessary measures to protect civilians.
