A woman in Shatin's Kwong Yuen Estate told RTHK that when she went to vote at 9am, polling station staff told her she had already voted, and any further attempt to vote would not be counted. She has since filled a complaint to electoral authorities.
1.5 million people have voted in Hong Kong as of 1:30pm. There's only 4.1 million total registered voters. and the polls are still open until 10:30pm.
